I recently started using Wamp to try some stuff and learn another ones, and believe it or not, if you’re running Skype and try to run Wamp too, you’re gonna have a bad time. But good news, everyone, there is a really easy fix to this.
Go to Skype > Tools > Options > Advanced > Connection.
In there, uncheck the “Use port 80 and 443 as…”.
Restart Skype, enjoy the results.
